PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce troubles caused by intrusion of moisture in a telescopic drive device.SOLUTION: A motor 13 is provided in an inside of an outer cylinder 7. An inner cylinder 9 is provided in an inside of the outer cylinder 7, and has a closed structure on a distal end, and is relatively moved in an axial direction to the outer cylinder 7. A screw 11 is rotationally driven by driving force of the motor 13. A guide nut 15 is driven by the screw 11, and is moved to a rotation axis direction of the screw 11. A coil spring 17 is arranged on an outer periphery of the screw 11, is brought into contact with the distal end of the inner cylinder 9, and imparts energizing force to the guide nut 15 in the rotation axis direction. The screw 11, the guide nut 15 and the coil spring 17 are stored in an inner space 25 formed by the outer cylinder 7 and the inner cylinder 9. A suction and discharge port 29 of fluid is provided on the distal end of the inner cylinder 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
