PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liner which suppresses occurrence of cracks.SOLUTION: A liner is a flexible liner used for winding a rubber material which is used as a tire raw material, and has a base cloth, an adhesive layer provided on both sides so as to sandwich the base cloth, and a film provided on the adhesive layer.
