PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample container support device which can easily make an adjustment of a sample container position in a vicinity of a clamp part for holding a sample container and simply grip the sample container in the clamp part to enable use under a high temperature.SOLUTION: A sample container support device 11 comprises clamp part 12 that grips a reaction container 31 and a support part 13 that holds the clamp part 12 by arrangement in a constant-temperature water bath 41. The support part 13 has a hinge shaft 14 arranged in a vertical direction, a support rod member 15 that holds the hinge shaft 14 to be rotatable and to be movable vertically, and a hinge shaft holding member 16 that restricts the rotation and the vertical movements of the hinge shaft 14 to fix the hinge shaft 14. The clamp part 12 has a pair of crank arms 21, 22 bent-molded from a metal strip and comprises a coil spring 25 that energizes both the crank arms 21, 22 in the opening direction, a male screw member 16a and a female screw piece 26 activated in the closure direction, and cranks 21c, 22c that hold the reaction container 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
