PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headup display system characterized in that display projected onto a windshield is superb in discernment even when extraneous light reflection occurs.SOLUTION: A headup display system that irradiates display light L, which is emitted from a display unit 10 to 50, to a windshield, and superposes the display light L on an actual landscape for discernment includes imaging means that is disposed in a vehicle compartment and images the landscape in front of a vehicle, and a microcomputer that controls the display light L, which is irradiated to the windshield, on the basis of image data sent from the imaging means. The microcomputer acquires brightness information for each of predetermined sections on the basis of the image data obtained by the imaging means, and partly changes the luminance of the display light L on the basis of the brightness information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
