PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suitable communication control that can prevent erroneous connection or the like and is related to a communication terminal.SOLUTION: If some kind of trouble occurs, and information (table T3) indicating correspondence relation between an IP address and a communication terminal held by a P-CSCF 70 has become not in accordance with information (table T2) indicating correspondence relation between an IP address and a communication terminal held by a core-network side communication control device (PCRF 60), and an erroneous call incoming request is transmitted on the basis of information at the P-CSCF 70 side, a communication control system can prevent the call incoming request from being erroneously transmitted by a filter created by the PCRF 60 and operated by a P-GW 50, and thereby enables suitable communication control related to the communication terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
