PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner base particles for electrostatic charge image development that can be used in a wide fixing temperature range, and a toner for electrostatic charge image development using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided toner base particles for electrostatic charge image development including a binder resin, colorant, mold release agent, and charge adjustor, the toner base particles containing polyester A and polyester B as the binder resin, where the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the polyester A is higher than the Tg of the polyester B by 10°C or more; the mass content ratio of the polyesters, polyester A:polyester B=5:95 to 8:92; the charge adjustor is zirconium salicylate.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
