The present invention relates to a panel cleaning apparatus. The panel cleaning apparatus comprises a first surface cleaning unit and a second surface cleaning unit, wherein the first surface is one surface of a panel, and wherein the second surface is the other surface of the panel. The first surface cleaning unit comprises: a first transfer stage which moves between an initial position and a first cleaning zone separated from the initial position in a X direction; a first cleaning part which cleans the first surface of the panel when the first transfer stage is located in the first cleaning zone; and a first reverse transfer part which receives the panel from the first transfer stage to move the panel in a Y direction and rotate the moved panel at an angle of 90 degrees. The second surface cleaning unit comprises: a second reverse transfer part which rotates the panel at an angle of 90 degrees to allow the second surface of the panel to face upward; a second transfer stage which moves between a cleaning end position and a second cleaning zone arranged in parallel with the initial position and the first cleaning zone in a Y direction, respectively; and a second cleaning part which cleans the second surface of the panel. According to the present invention, the panel cleaning apparatus remarkably improves panel production efficiency and remarkably improves the quality of the panel. |
