Accordingly, the unfermented kimchi seasoning package is conveniently stored and carried, allows consumers to easily manufacture kimchi, and can secure the uniform quality and taste of kimchi. The unfermented kimchi seasoning package in the present invention comprises: a solid seasoning package manufactured by cutting solid seasoning including vegetables except Chinese cabbage in a suitable size to manufacture kimchi and performing a mixing process, a measuring process and a freeze vacuum drying process; and a liquid seasoning package including juice obtained from the solid seasoning and liquid seasoning. The solid seasoning package and the liquid seasoning package are separately packed.
