Provided is a technology for removing a phase error in a multi-phase signal by comparing inputted multi-phase signals and controlling a delay amount of each signal according to the comparing result. According to the present technology, a semiconductor device comprises: a first variable delay unit for delaying an inputted multi-phase signal according to a delay control signal; a selection unit for selecting two signals of the multi-phase signal delayed in the first variable delay unit, and outputting the two signals; a second variable delay unit for delaying any one signal from the two signals according to the delay control signal; a phase comparison unit for comparing a phase of a signal outputted in the second variable delay unit with a phase of the other signal from the two signals; a filter for updating the delay control signal according to a signal outputted in the phase comparison unit; and a delay control signal selection unit for providing the delay control signal to the first variable delay unit or the second variable delay unit. |
