Disclosed are a photon counting method, a photon counting device using the same, and a radiographic device. The disclosed photon counting method is capable of counting radiological photons by minimizing a change of counted value data about the radiological photons when counting the photons based on a charge signal corresponding to the inputted radiological photons. The method comprises a step of receiving the charge signal corresponding to the inputted radiological photons.
