PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel gauge for a compression natural gas automobile that can accurately display fuel residual amount in a fuel container even if a different type of fuel is mixed due to a human error, etc. when fuel is replenished.SOLUTION: A fuel gauge 100 for a compression natural gas automobile for displaying fuel residual amount in a fuel container 102 in which fuel to be supplied to an internal combustion engine 101 is stored includes: a different fuel mixture determination section 116 for determining whether or not a different type of fuel is mixed with in fuel on the basis of an exhaust air fuel ratio; a fuel pressure correction section 117 for correcting fuel pressure on the basis of a fuel temperature and the exhaust air fuel ratio when determination that a different type of fuel is mixed with in the fuel is made and for correcting the fuel pressure on the basis of only the fuel temperature when determination that the different type of fuel is not mixed with in the fuel is made; and a fuel residual amount display section 118 for displaying fuel residual amount in the fuel container 102 on the basis of the corrected fuel pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
