PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of generating electricity at a spot where sludge is present without bringing out the sludge, eliminating the sludge giving bad influence on the environment as industrial water and further creating new clean electric energy.SOLUTION: Utilizing special plant enzyme liquid burning of decomposing the components of crude oil, light oil 2 and water are mixed by a simple mechanical stirring action, thus, separation is caused utilizing a difference in the specific gravity of the solid matter such as heavy oil, water and sand, heavy oil sludge lightest in the specific gravity thereamong is extracted, the same is utilized to fuel of driving a diesel generator 17, the electricity generated there is clean energy and can be utilized to various industries. By mounting the conversion device on a transfer type 40 feed container, after the treatment of the sludge, it can be moved to a spot where another sludge is present and can be worked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
