PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure determination device and a motor control device in an analog/digital conversion section which can determine a propriety of AD conversion in a simple composition.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 110 determines an AD converter 116 has a failure when a first comparison result obtained after a power supply voltage value and a predetermined voltage value outputted by a first predetermined voltage output section 144 are compared in a power supply voltage determination circuit 148 and a second comparison result obtained after a digital conversion value of a predetermined voltage value and a voltage value which a digital signal of the power supply voltage outputted by the AD converter 116 indicates are compared are different from each other, after a predetermined time passes since the AD converter 116 has started processing to convert the power supply voltage value into a digital signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
