PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a transparent electrode that employs material excellently suited for production thereby achieving both sufficient optical transparency and electrical conductivity, as well as excellent durability; and an electronic device and an organic electroluminescent element that comprise the transparent electrode.SOLUTION: A transparent electrode of the present invention comprises a conductive layer, and an interlayer disposed adjacently to the conductive layer.
