PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode manufacturing method which can suppress breaking of an electrode material in a cut process.SOLUTION: In an electrode manufacturing method including a process of cutting an electrode material 32 in which an active material layer 31 is carried on strip-like metal foil 30 into an electrode shape, at the time of cutting the electrode material 32 into the electrode shape with a laser cutting mechanism 24 or the like, the electrode material 32 is floated and conveyed with the radiation pressure of sound waves emitted from diaphragms 42, 43 or the like provided in an ultrasonic conveyance unit 40 arranged in a conveyance path of the electrode material 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
