PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of using a smart phone or a tablet terminal which is an asset owned by an employee as a terminal for a shop in which: it is a must that functions usually used by the employee can be used without trouble even when a function of the present invention is operated; and it is necessary for the terminal to make its order function operable only in the shop and within business hours based on that condition, and to prevent unauthorized use, erroneous use, mischief, and the like other than business.SOLUTION: An order server installed inside or outside of an eating and drinking establishment is connected with a smart phone, a tablet terminal, or the like owned by a customer service employee via a wireless LAN device or another communication line. The smart phone or tablet terminal obtains information specific to the terminal, positional information, and the like, associates them with order information, and transmits the resultant information to the server by an application or another method in advance. The server determines the information received from the ordering terminal on the basis of a prescribed condition, determines whether the order or the like should be accepted, and approves or denies the order.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
