Provided is a method to manufacture a molded product of a magnesium plate. The present invention comprises: a plate stacking step of stacking an upper and a lower aluminum plate on an upper surface and a lower surface of the magnesium plate with a regular thickness respectively; a flatness adjusting step of adjusting a flatness of the upper and lower aluminum plate using an upper and a lower shape correction device when the magnesium plate on which the upper and the lower aluminum plate are stacked on the plate stacking step passes a continuously running line; a plate heating step of heating the magnesium plate, being in a state where the upper and the lower aluminum plate are stacked, at a setup temperature for a setup time by an upper and a lower plate heating device to make a forging process easy after adjusting a flatness of the upper and the lower aluminum plate in the flatness adjusting step; and a press forging and molded product manufacturing step of press-forging the magnesium plate, being in a state where the upper and the lower aluminum plate are stacked, heated in the plate heating step for a setup forging time using a forging press device to join the upper aluminum plate, the magnesium plate, and the lower aluminum plate at the same time to manufacture the molded product formed in a final product shape. The present invention forms a final product shape without forming any intermetal compound at an interface between magnesium and aluminum, thus preventing problems on the interface during the process. |
