The present invention to a snow flower iced water ice maker which can provide snow flower iced water more hygienically, by preventing bending and deformation of a rotary drum, which is supplied with a refrigerant, due to temperature difference during initial operation and enabling a user to perform steam cleaning of a cold storage room where iced water is stacked, by making the rotary drum thicker than a stainless steel by constituting the rotary drum with an aluminum having good thermal conductivity. For the same, in the snow flower iced water ice maker comprising: a machine room having a compressor, a condenser and an expansion valve; the cold storage room to keep the iced snow flower iced water; and an ice making room to make ice by scratching milk frozen on a surface of the rotary drum, the rotary drum is constituted with the aluminum having good thermal conductivity and has a surface coated with a ceramic. A number of grooves are formed on an outer circumference of the rotary drum so that the milk is frozen on the groove and the surface of the rotary drum. A hollow type center axis penetrates the rotary drum, and the center axis is fixed to an inner wall of the machine room. Both sides of the rotary drum is rotatably supported by a bearing of an outer circumference of the center axis. Both ends of the center axis are divided into an entrance and an exit by an internal barrier. A number of refrigerant nozzles connected to the entrance are formed on the outer circumference of the center axis. A connection element connected to the exit is formed at an end of the center axis, so that the refrigerant is collected to the compressor via the exit. |
