The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device having low driving voltage and/or high efficiency. The organic light emitting device comprises: an anode; a cathode; a light emitting layer provided between the anode and the cathode; and an organic layer provided between the cathode and the light emitting layer, wherein the light emitting layer comprises a fluorescence dopant. In addition, the organic layer provided between the cathode and the light emitting layer comprises a compound satisfying formula 1. In the formula 1, λ_(-) - λ_(+) is greater than 0 eV and less than 0.3 eV.
