PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure which can achieve prevention of generation of allophone and variation of steering force over a long term.SOLUTION: When processing for forming an engaging groove 28a at a portion close to an opening on an inner peripheral surface of a sub-storage part 12b, this processing is not carried out at a circumferential direction one position of the portion close to the opening on the inner peripheral surface, whereby a whirl stop salient 32, which projects to a radial direction inner side with respect to a bottom surface of the engaging groove 28a, is provided on said portion. In the state that a snap ring 29a is engaged with the engaging groove 28a, the swirl stop salient 32 is positioned between a pair of engaging arm parts 34, 34 which constitute the snap ring 29a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
