PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that allows even a radio terminal station device not having individual information to receive information, such as an emergency alert, distributed by a communication carrier.SOLUTION: A radio communication system according to the present invention includes a base station device, a terminal station device, and an information distribution server. The information distribution server distributes received emergency warning information to the base station device.
