PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device, its control method, and an image communication system that allow a reception device to perform suitable display control of a user interface (UI) screen.SOLUTION: A transmission device for transmitting an image includes: determination means that determines whether a reception device for receiving the image is capable of executing an operation instruction to the transmission device; and transmission means that transmits the image after adding information used for the operation instruction to it to the reception device if the determination means has determined that the reception device is capable of executing the operation instruction, and transmits the image without adding information used for the operation instruction if the determination means has not determined that the reception device is capable of executing the operation instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
