PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display control device enabling a user to more appropriately grasp surrounding circumstances from proposed images when preparing a wide-angle image (panorama image) by synthesizing a plurality of images.SOLUTION: An image display control device includes: a gain part which gains a first rear side image made by imaging the rear side from a rear part of a car body, a second rear side image made by imaging the right rear side containing the right lateral side of the car body and a third rear side image made by imaging the left rear side containing the left lateral side of the car body; a detection part which detects the presence or absence of obstacles in specific regions respectively determined on the first rear side image, the second rear side image and the third rear side image; an image synthesizing part which synthesizes the first rear side image, the second rear side image and the third rear side image, prepares a synthetic image of a panorama form setting the rear end part of the car body as a viewing point and, on the other hand, when the obstacle is detected, prepares the synthetic image so as to display the rear side image containing the specific region on which the obstacle exists, together with other rear side images; and a control part which displays the synthetic image on the display device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
