PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing management device capable of calculating chemical cleaning execution timing for film filtering means by securing a sufficient chemical cleaning preparation period and shortening the period of running exceeding a proper cleaning period.SOLUTION: The timing management device includes pressure gauges 26a and 26b for measuring pressure on an upstream side and a downstream side along the flowing direction of treated water for a ceramic film module 21 for filtering the treated water, a flowmeter 27 for measuring an inlet flow rate, a thermometer 28 for measuring the temperature of the treated water, a calculation part 31 for calculating a corrected transmission flow flux value at each predetermined point of time based on a film filtering difference pressure, a flow rate, and a temperature calculated from pressure measured at the predetermined point of time, and a recording part 33 for storing the database of corrected transmission flow flux values at a plurality of predetermined points of time, calculates an appropriate approximate expression for the plurality of corrected transmission flow flux values, and calculates the timing of executing chemical cleaning processing for the ceramic film module 21 from the preset corrected transmission flow flux value and the calculated approximate expression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
