PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reducing the number of types of materials that come into contact with a fluid, reducing pollution due to abrasion at parts that come into contact with the fluid without using a plurality of materials that come into contact with the fluid, and of adjusting the flow rate at a proof pressure of approximately 0.5 MPa.SOLUTION: A folding angle of a foldable tube is arbitrarily set by fixing the tube to a tabular solid or by connecting the tube to an actuator, and the flow rate is changed and set to an arbitrary value through a change of a tube cross-sectional area of a folded part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
