The present invention relates to crispy rice crust with hydrangea and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to crispy rice crust with hydrangea which: keeps a nutty taste and a crispy texture of rice crust; has a new flavor by adding hydrangea tea; has enhanced taste and functionality by containing active ingredients and nutritive components of the hydrangea; and contains less artificial sweetener due to a sweet taste of the hydrangea tea, thereby being beneficial for health. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the crispy rice crust with hydrangea. |
