PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the convenience of an automatic focus adjustment function, in an imaging apparatus capable of acquiring the adjustment value of the automatic focus adjustment function by a different method.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a focus detection part (207) which detects a defocus value, first calculation means which acquires a correction value for shifting a focusing position based on the defocus value by a first method, a second calculation means which acquires the correction value by a second method different from the first method, conversion means which converts the correction value acquired by the second calculation means into the unit of the correction value in the first method, selection means which selects the first calculation means or the second calculation means, storage means which stores the correction value acquired by the first calculation means or the correction value converted by the conversion means, according to selection by the selection means, and control means which performs control so as to drive the lens position of a focus lens to the lens position based on a value obtained by correcting the defocus value by the correction value stored in the storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
