PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite substrate with which workability of a continuity test of a light-emitting element and/or a light emission test of a light-emitting device is relatively good even when a lead is separated from a lead frame, and to provide a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A composite substrate 50 includes: a tabular lead frame 10 having a plurality of support leads 11; and a plurality of element holders 20 supported by each support lead 11. The element holders 20, each includes: a first electrode lead 211; a second electrode lead 212; and a resin molding 25 integrally molded with the first electrode lead 211 and the second electrode lead 212. Inside of the resin molding 25, the first electrode lead 211, the second electrode lead 212, and the support lead 11 are mutually separated and supported. At least one of the plurality of element holders 20 is connected to the first electrode lead 211 and the support lead 11 and includes a wire 30 coated with the resin molding 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
