The present invention relates to a method for producing octyl glucoside using a zeolite catalyst. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing octyl glucoside, which is intended to increase the yield of octyl glucoside by means of a zeolite catalyst, while selectively regulating the yield of a specific product. According to the present invention, the method for producing octyl glucoside using the zeolite catalyst includes a step of producing octyl glucoside by carrying out a reaction between glucose and octanol in the presence of the zeolite catalyst. |
