The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a polarizing lens, and the polarizing lens manufactured by the same. The present invention comprises: (step 1) a step of taping an upper mold using a first tape; (step 2) a step of dropping a first resin composition to a concave part of the upper mold; (step 3) a step of laminating a polarizing film on the first resin composition dropped on the concave part of the upper mold; (step 4) a step of preparatively polymerizing the first resin composition; (step 5) a step of separately arranging a lower mold and the upper mold which has the polarizing film, and an upper lens of a gel state formed by preparatively polymerizing the first resin composition in a combined state and taping the upper and lower molds using a second tape; (step 6) a step of injecting a second resin composition through a separated space between the polarizing film and the upper mold; and (step 7) a step of mainly polymerizing the second resin composition and the upper lens of the gel state. The present invention is able to simply manufacture a high refractive index polarizing lens by a preparative polymerization and a main polymerization as the present invention does not need a lower jig, an upper jig, a lower support, and an upper support; and does not need to form a notch groove on the polarizing film when being manufactured in a taping method instead of a gasket mold. |
