PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action mechanism that improves sound quality associated with a dynamic range etc., adaptively to any keying such as same-sound successive keying on a keyboard of an upright piano, a pianissimo play, a half-touch play, and successive keying, a half-touch, etc., in use of a damper.SOLUTION: One hammer butt spring 7 is increased in spring force or two hammer butt springs 7 are used. When the two hammer butt springs 7 are used, a butt flange cord 10 is provided with a torsion part and then hook parts of the two hammer butt springs 7 are locked to a ring-shaped part at the tip of the torsion part and the torsion part. While a material having superior lubricity is used as a raw material of a hammer butt skin, a jack spring 21 is increased in elastic force, and a rubber-based cushion member 13 is added which has a projection part having a through hole formed in an elastic raw material along a rear face of a jack stop rail 9 and a front face and a rear face of a damper stop rail 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
