PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED ring light capable of improving yield in manufacturing, a manufacturing method thereof, and an image measurement machine and optical equipment using the LED ring light.SOLUTION: An LED ring light includes: a holding frame 2 having a hole 6 in the vicinity of the center of which objective lens 5 can be inserted, and formed into a substantially annular shape in a plane view; an LED substrate 3 held inside the holding frame 2 so as to be formed into a substantially truncated conical shape; and a plurality of LEDs 4 disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the LED substrate 3. The LED substrate 3 is divided into a plurality of ones in a circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the holding frame 2 by providing a plurality of substrates 11, 12 in parallel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
