PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which in a case where a plurality of control devices for controlling a session between communication terminals are provided, even if a communication terminal connects with a control device having a short communication path according its position, a conventional communication system selects a relay device as a relay device of the connection destination of the communication terminal regardless of the position of the communication terminal.SOLUTION: Each control device 50 in a management system 5 manages a relay device ID of a relay device 30 that will be a connection destination when a terminal 10 connected with its self control device connects with a relay device 30 among a plurality of relay devices 30 that relay content data between terminals 10, and selects a relay device 30 that will be the connection destination of the terminal 10 on the basis of the managed relay device ID.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
