PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing technique capable of acquiring a fluoroscopic image in which, a portion such as a bone is accurately removed, regardless of an imaging condition, without a teacher image, and a radiation therapy device using the same.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device 10 comprises: a first acquisition part 51 for acquiring a first fluoroscopic image M' which is a virtual fluoroscopic image created by enhancing a predetermined portion or a designated portion out of portions included in volume data which indicates a three-dimensional structure of a body of a patient; a second acquisition part 12 for acquiring a second fluoroscopic image N which sees through the body of the patient; and a portion removal image creation part 20 for creating a portion removal image in which, the first fluoroscopic image M' is referred, and the portion or portions other than the portion are removed from the second fluoroscopic image N.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
