PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom-including sauce storable for a long period, capable of giving texture of a mushroom ingredient and flavor and deliciousness of the mushroom and obtaining a well-balanced repast state only by mixing two kinds of sauces, and not losing such characteristics even when being heated at a repast time.SOLUTION: A mushroom-including sauce comprises two kinds of separately packed sauces, and a repast state is obtained by mixing the two kinds of sauces. The two kinds of sauces are (1) a sauce including a mushroom ingredient and obtained by being heated under the condition of the product temperature of 105°C or higher, and (2) a sauce including a mushroom paste and obtained by being heated under the condition of the product temperature below 100°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
