PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve clogging and elution efficiency caused by undissolved materials, by producing a solid dispersion using a spray dry solution which has high transmittancy and in which the generation of the undissolved materials is remarkably suppressed.SOLUTION: The invention provides a spray dry solution containing at least Hypromellose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) in which molar substitution degree of hydroxy propoxy group is 0.40 or more, a solvent, and a drug. The invention also provides a production method of the solid dispersion comprising at least removing the solvent from this spray dry solution.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
