A pixel circuit comprises: a switch transistor of which a conduction state is controlled by a driving signal supplied to a control terminal; a driving line through which the driving signal is transmitted; and a data line through which a data signal is transmitted. The driving line is formed on a first wiring layer and connected to the control terminal of the switch transistor. The data line is formed on a second wiring layer and connected to a first terminal of the switch transistor. A multi-layer wiring structure is used to form the second wiring layer on a layer different from the first wiring layer. Therefore, according to the present invention, shading and stripe smudges due to wiring resistance of a gate pulse can be suppressed. |
