PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting diode device that can be increased in the number of light-emitting diodes and can suppress wiring and a control circuit from being more complex.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode device includes a support substrate and a light-emitting diode array comprising a number of light-emitting diodes arranged in two dimensions on the support substrate, a number of light-emitting diodes are divided into a plurality of control units which can be controlled independently to turn on/off, and the plurality of control units include composite control units in which the plurality of light-emitting diodes are connected in series, the plurality of light-emitting diodes of the composite control units being wider in light emission area as farther away from the center of light distribution where the luminance is highest in the light-emitting diode array.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
