PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one component addition reaction curing silicone composition which achieves both excellent long period storage stability at room temperature under a condition of cutting off a definite amount of air and the progress of addition reaction curing reaction at room temperature, which is obtained by coating the composition to a thin film having a thickness of not greater than 1,500 μm and exposing the resulting composition to the air, which a conventional curing type heat releasing grease cannot attain, and a storage method thereof, as well as a curing method of the composition.SOLUTION: The one component addition reaction curing silicone composition comprises, as essential components: organopolysiloxane (A) having an aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon group bonded to a silicon atom; at least one kind of heat conductive fillers (B) selected from a metal, a metal oxide, a metal hydroxide, a metal nitride, a metal carbide, and an allotrope of carbon; organohydrogenpolysiloxane (C); and a platinum group metal complex (D) having an organophosphorus compound as a ligand represented by following formula (1) where Ris a monovalent hydrocarbon group, and x is 0-3.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
