PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire insertion device and an electric wire insertion method, which suppress interference so that an electric wire previously inserted to a mold cavity is inserted to the other mold cavity of the other electric wire.SOLUTION: A present technique comprises: a housing supporting part 41 that supports a housing 3 having a plurality of mold cavities 2; and an electric wire insertion part 51 to which an end part of an electric wire 1 is inserted in each of mold cavities 2 of the housing 3. The housing supporting part 41 supports the housing 3 supported by an opening of each of the mold cavities 2 in such an attitude toward the lower side than a horizontal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
