PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that achieves both a reduction in frame width and suppression in a reduction in display quality.SOLUTION: There is provided a display device including a light source part that has a light emitting area and emits light from the light emitting area, a display panel part that has a display area and controls transmission of light emitted from the light source part to display images in the display area, and a housing part that surrounds an area including the display area in plan view and stores the light source part, where a scattering property on the periphery of the display area is higher than the scattering property at the center of the display area in plan view.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
