PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized closer device and a door lock device for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A closer device makes a revolving speed of a motor 31 reduced for regulation of transmitted rotation of a spindle 34. Thus, the closer device makes the spindle 34 axially displaced to drive a latch mechanism. The closer device prevents axial displacement of the spindle 34 by permitting the rotation of the spindle 34 when a door lever is operated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
