PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy for automobile outer sheet having enhanced elasticity, moldability and dent resistance and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy for automobile outer sheet has a composition consisting of Ti, B, Mg and the balance Al, having composition ratio of Ti:B:Mg of 1:2.0 to 2.5:5.0 to 6.0 with B constituted at 1.1 to 2.5 wt.%, and containing both of an AlBphase and a TiBphase as a reinforcement phase, consisting of Mg:0.5 to 5 wt.%, Ti:0.55 to 1.0 wt.%, B:1.1 to 2.5 wt.% and the balance Al with composition ratio of Ti:B:Mg of 1:2.0 to 2.5:5.0 to 6.0 and containing all of the AlB, the TiBphase and a MgBphase as tthe reinforcement phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
