PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve picture in picture with less usage of memory.SOLUTION: There is provided an image projection device including: an image signal processing part that creates main images 40 on the basis of a first image signal and creates sub images 50 on the basis of a second image signal; an image projection part that displays the main images 40 and sub images 50; and an OSD processing part that displays on-screen display screens on projection images in a superimposed manner, the image signal processing part performs, on the main images 40, mask processing of leaving a part other than a range where the OSD processing part displays the on-screen display screens (main image projection part 41) and performs scaling processing of rendering the sub images 50 to be images in a range where the OSD processing part displays the on-screen display screen (sub image projection part 51); the image projection part sequentially displays the main image 40 after the mask processing and the sub images 50 after the scaling processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
