PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to suppress eddy current loss generated at a rotor while increasing strength of the rotor.SOLUTION: An IPM motor (magnet embedded type rotary electric machine) 1 includes: a rotor 2 having a rotor core 11 inside of which permanent magnets 12, 13 are embedded; and a stator 3 disposed by facing the rotor 2.
