PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material mixing apparatus which allows a mixed food material container box for containing mixed food materials to be disinfected with alcohol while eliminating the need for doing troublesome work and preventing excessive consumption of alcohol.SOLUTION: The food material mixing apparatus comprises: a mixed food material container box 15 for containing mixed food materials; alcohol tanks 70 respectively provided at front lower portions of frames of both sides of the mixed food material container box 15 and storing alcohol; pump units 75; hoses 72 respectively connected to the pump units 75; movable parts 73 respectively connected to the hoses 72 downstream of the pump units 75; and nozzles 74 respectively connected to the end parts of the movable parts and injecting alcohol into the mixed food material container box 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
