PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for liquid-cooled jacket, capable of facilitating manufacture of a liquid-cooled jacket with high cooling efficiency.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for liquid-cooled jacket includes: a first cutting process for forming a plurality of first fin groups constituted of a plurality of first fins 43 by cutting respective first protruding sections 63A diagonally to the extending direction, using a multi-cutter M with a plurality of disc cutters M2 provided in parallel; a second cutting process for forming a plurality of second fin groups constituted of a plurality of second fins 53 by cutting respective second protruding sections 63B diagonally to the extending direction, using the multi-cutter M; and an insertion process for forming a fin body with a zigzag-shaped flow passage by opposing the first fin groups and the second fin groups to each other and inserting the second fin groups between the adjacent first fin groups.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
