PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by rapidly executing a job while performing appropriate charging.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: an operation unit 132 for accepting a job execution request; a radio communication unit 134 for accepting a job execution request by receiving the job execution request from an external terminal; an execution determination unit 136 for determining whether a job execution request has been accepted from the operation unit 132 or whether the job execution request has been accepted by the radio communication unit 134; and a charging situation management unit 138 that acquires balance information from a charging device 300 in the former case and acquires charging propriety information from a communication charge management server 400 in the latter case. The execution determination unit 136 determines, from the balance information, whether or not the job execution request from the operation unit 132 can be executed; and determines, from the charging propriety information, whether or not the job execution request from the external terminal can be executed.
