摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas burner cap capable of improving combustion performance and thermal efficiency, taking much more amount of secondary air required for combustion to form superior combustion flame.SOLUTION: Since a plurality of flame holes present at an outer peripheral part of a burner cap include not only a major flame hole but also a flame transfer hole, even if the main flame hole is extinguished, re-combustion occurs by flame from an adjoining transfer flame hole. Since one main flame hole block is formed by adjoining three main flame holes and the right and left main flame burner holes are extended and arranged in a direction where they face toward the central main flame hole as they approach the outer periphery of the burner cap, it is possible to form a large main flame for every main flame hole block. An upper space of the fire transfer flame hole generated due to a height gap between the main flame hole block and the fire transfer flame hole forms a passage for secondary air and this passage becomes a secondary air passage required at the time of combustion. Presence of a groove space causes much amount of secondary air to flow into the burner cap and prevents red fire from being generated and further causes an effect for air-cooling of the burner cap itself to occur, so that it becomes possible to make reverse fire and to make a short flame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
