PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a shaft seal device easy in attaching/detaching and positioning, and capable of keeping a constant clearance between a honeycomb and a slide mating surface over an opening face of the honeycomb, and reducing a fluid leakage amount, and to provide a manufacturing method of a fluid machinery.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a shaft seal device has a step for preparing a cylindrical member, and a step for manufacturing a honeycomb member by forming a plurality of through holes on a surface of the cylindrical member by laser processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
